The gray text runs on a model on your Mac. Writing on hold uses your own Claude or ChatGPT plan, or a model on your Mac; plans are separate from your Moota licence. Provider usage is billed by the provider, not the studio.

Full refund policy

Every app has a 7-day trial so you can find out before you pay. If you paid anyway and it was not right, we would rather refund you than keep money from someone who is not using the thing.

Fourteen days, no reason needed

Within fourteen days of buying, write and ask. You do not have to explain, and we will not ask you to justify it.

The refund goes back the way it came, through Lemon Squeezy, and usually lands within a few business days depending on your bank. This applies to a first subscription period and to an app bought once alike.

If you are in the EU or the UK

You have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content within fourteen days. That right ends once supply has begun with your express consent and your acknowledgement that beginning it ends the right — which is what you give at checkout when you take the download immediately.

That is the statute. Our policy is the paragraph above, which we honour regardless of whether the statutory right still stands, and which is more generous than the statute requires.

Renewals

A renewal you did not mean to pay for is refunded in full if you tell us within fourteen days of the charge, whether or not you used the app in that period.

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals. It does not refund the period you are in, because you keep access until the end of it.

After fourteen days

Write anyway. If an app is broken for you, or did something you did not expect, we would rather fix it or refund it than leave it. There is no form and no script.

How to ask

One email to hello@moota.studio from the address you bought with. That is enough to find the order — the receipt and the licence key help but are not required.
